Start diet,and 76 days

11 weeks(76 days) has passed since I started Japanese diet.My body was considerably tightened.The Japanese food(WASHOKU) will contribute to this.I continue a push-up, an abdominal muscle, the running.When my body is tightened, I am very glad.Besides, I do not spend money.No tigehtened body,No life. I want to continue it as it is.

WASHOKU is best.

I eat both fish and meat.The Japanese foods often use the vegetables.It is the factor that was able to get sterile to eat vegetables and meat, a fish in a good balance.The Japanese foods(WASHOKU) have good point.

Weight 155lb → 149lb → 148lb → 143.96lb → 142.2lb → 141.09lb
Body fat percentage 24.4% → 24% → 22.5% → 21,94% → 17.8% → 17%
