Yakisoba recipe

I do not understand the history of Yakisoba very much.I think that China is the origin.Yakisoba is remarkable in Japan; developed.An original recipes is established in various parts of Japan.I cooked Yakisoba in an orthodox recipe this time.It is very delicious.
