The method of the green tea diet is three.
1.You drink green tea in substitution for water and the coffee which you usually drink.
2.You drink green tea 40-50 minutes before aerobic exercise, and internal activity activate and let fat disintegrate.
3.When you are craving a little snack , you drink green tea in substitution for cooling drinks such as the juice.
