It is Kakki no tane diet.There is such a dieting method in Japan.Kaki no tane is spicy rice crackers that look like persimmon seeds.That is served as snacks to nibble on for drinking beer.It is very healthier than potato chips.This is because it is not fried in oil.You will probably lose weight if you stop eating potato chips and eat kaki no tane.Actually, in that way I heard that there was the person who lost 6 kg in Japan.
