Taiyaki is a Japanese sweet made by baking batter in sea bream shaped molds.It has been loved for a long time in Japan.But it sometimes caused the fight because it was loved.There was once controversy among literary personalities over whether the bean paste should be filled all the way to the tail, or even whether bean paste should be used at all.I’m fine with either in regards to that matter.Taiyaki is one of the typical of Japanese food.But much it are not cooked at home.The cooking is difficult.I recommend that you buy the kitchen utensil for exclusive use of the taiyaki if you try it.
