Japan is seaweed culture.There is a company of seaweed founded in 1690 in Japan.The company owns a building in the excellent location in Tokyo.It is the same as owning a building in Fifth Avenue of New York.Japanese loves seaweed.
Not appointed to a world heritage
There is food culture called “Gohan no otomo” in Japan.”Gohan no otomo” is Rice’s friend(rice topping).The first popularity in Rice’s friend is “Gohandesuyo”.”Gohandesuyo” is the food which pasted seaweed.It is the Japanese food which is not appointed to a world heritage.
Bread’s friend
It is Rice’s friend in Japan, but turns into Bread’s friend in your country.Spread butter on bread and spread “Gohandesuyo” on and eat.It is a devil visually.This regards me as the essence of the Japanese food.Please watch Bread’s friend video.
