Tetsubin is An iron kettle.They boil hot water with an iron kettle when we go to the tasteful restaurant.The hot water which poured with an iron kettle is very mellow.It is an indispensable gem in Japanese food.In Japan, speaking of an iron kettle, it is Nambu ironware.However, the iron kettle made in Kyoto is famous.It is Kyotetsubin(Kyoto ironware).The characteristic of Kyotetsubin(Kyoto ironware) is Narigane.A sound sounds when I boil hot water in Kyotetsubin(Kyoto ironware).The sound is very cool.
