100 days diet with WASHOKU 7

Start diet,and 56 days

Six weeks(56 days) has passed since I started Japanese diet.I’ve come to the halfway point of Japanese diet.I’ve been removing fat around my wais.his is all owing to Japanese food(WASHOKU).

Progress

I continue both the sit-ups and the push-ups.The percent of body fat decreased, too.I hope to get an ideal body when I continues it.The present status of affairs.
Weight 155lb → 149lb → 148lb → 143.96lb → 142.2lb
Body fat percentage 24.4% → 24% → 22.5% → 21,94% → 17.8%

Running

The reason why percent of body fat largely decreased to this time is because I measured it after having run.I felt that it was important that I ran to remove fat.The keyword of my diet is Japanese food and running.

Diet food

When I diet, I want to eat sweets.This is good food in such a case.Agar jelly. Kanten” (agar, or agar-agar) is made from frozen and dried mucilage of red algae such as tengusa (agar weed) and ogonori (Chinese moss).This made the agar jelly of the grape taste.

Where is that being sold ?

This is sold at Japanese convenience stores.The agar jelly has good point called calorie zero.Because this has many fibers, and there is the property that moisture holding ability is high in, it bulges with water, and quantity increases.

Taste

But the difficulty is this.It is the condition of being light in taste.This is like dead grape jelly.If taste is a little thicker, I am glad.But I do not complain.Until it becomes the slim meatiness.By the way, you can easily cook the agar jelly at home if there are powder agar and water.

Start diet,and 42 days

Six weeks(42days) has passed since I started Japanese diet.I got thinner plenty and have gained any muscle.Please watch the picture.

Exercise

I ate the meal of WASHOKU as much as possible and run 18 miles in a week.And I begin to be doing a push-up and a sit-up how.

I’m doing sit-ups for 20 minutes and 200 times push-ups every other day.It is very hard now.But I’ll continue to do my best.The following people engaged in the practice of Ohaguro.

Four weeks(28days) has passed since I started my diet.As ever,I ate the meal of WASHOKU as much as possible.The result is the following photograph.

I’ve lost Body fat percentage,but not lost weight.I have difficulty.What am I going to do ?I did research on the Internet.
Aerobic sessions of about 20 minutes each seemed to produce the best results.Therefore I decided to run three times a week for 30 minutes a day.Fortunately, the neighborhood of my office includes yacht harbor and is the environment that is most suitable to run.

Start diet,and 14 days

Two weeks has passed since I started my diet.I ate the meal of WASHOKU as much as possible for two weeks.I seem a little skinny.

I reduced the quantity of carbohydrates more than usual.In addition, it is the meal contents which do not change before.

Body fat percentage 24.4% → 24%
I’ve lost weight, but I’ve not lost body fat percentage.It continues, and let’s do our best!

Washoku diet

I recommend how to eat WASHOKU(Japanese food) for diet. Japanese food has a lot of low-fat menus mainly on vegetables.The menu of WASHOKU(Japanese food) has the merit to be congenial of vegetables.I show one of WASHOKU(Japanese food) lunches(bento) which I eat well this time at noon.

Generally speaking,we avoid foods of carbs for diet,but it is an error in our understanding. Carbs are important to keep the balance of calories-in.Because the rice is filling,we prevent from eating between meals.

Pickled Chinese cabbage

Anyway,the Chinese cabbage is low-calorie.The Chinese cabbage contains substances that protect against obesity.

saury kabayaki(canned)

The saury kabayaki is low-calorie,the taste is rich.Therefore a feeling of full stomach is got.

Chicken tsumire and vegetables miso soup

Miso controls cholesterol,promotes digestion.Beside,it is most suitable for diet because a lot of vegetables enter. Chicken tsumire is filing and vitamins and protein are included in richness.

Japanese Washoku diet

Can the human be reincarnated in 100 days?Fat does not fall as expected when I exceed 30 years old.I had a good build in old days because I played American football.

I got fat…I’ve made up my mind!!! I’m thin!!!My goal for 100 days is that the weight becomes 143.3 lb and body fat percentage becomes 15%.I decided a rule to get thinner.
