Tofu dengaku(2 serving)
It is tofu that is coated with miso and baked named ‘Tofu dengaku’.You might have eaten it if you have visited Kyoto.It is one of the traditional Japanese food.Two kinds of miso on the tofu is very delicious.Because miso is sweet, I eat as sweets.It is the dish which is most suitable for the party.
Ingredients
- 1 block firm tofu
- 1 tsp(5ml) matcha powder
- 2 tbsp(30ml) white miso(sweet miso)
- 1 tbsp(15ml) mirin(sweet sake)
- 1 tbsp(15ml) sugar
- 1 tbsp(15ml) sake
- 2 tbsp(30ml) white miso(sweet miso)
- 1 tbsp(15ml) mirin(sweet sake)
- 1 tbsp(15ml) marmalade

*Orange miso*
Directions
- Firmly wrap the tofu with a paper towel.Place it on a titled surface and put a plate on it.Let the water drain out for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Green miso:Put ingredients(white miso,mirin,sugar,sake,matcha powder) in a heat-resistant container and mix it.
- Heat in a microwave for 30 seconds.Take it out once and mix it.Then heat it in a microwave for 30 seconds.
- Orange miso:Put ingredients(white miso,marmalade,sugar,mirin) in a heat-resistant container and mix it.
- Heat in a microwave for 30 seconds.Take it out once and mix it.Then heat it in a microwave for 30 seconds.
- Put two kinds of miso in a plastic bag.
- Cut it to the size that is easy to eat tofu.
- Heat salad oil and brown the tofu on both sides.
- Stab a skewer and put 2 kinds of miso.
