Beef boiled in sweetened soy sauce recipe(1 serving)
Speaking of beef, it is slice meat in Japan.Slice meat are sold at the supermarket.The Japanese food often uses the slice meat.Sukiyaki,Shabu-shabu,nikujaga,etc.Please click here if you want to cut the block meat into slices meat.I cooked beef boiled in sweetened soy sauce which were the representative dish of the Japanese food.Beef boiled in sweetened soy sauce is called “Tsukudani”.Taste soaks into beef and is very delicious.
- 200g beef
- 20g ginger
- 2 tbsp(30ml) sake
- 2 tbsp(30ml) sweet sake
- 3 tbsp(45ml) soy sauce
- 3 tbsp((45ml) sugar
- Finely chop the ginger.
- Cut block beef into slice meat.Please reference this page http://www.jpnfood.com/recipe/meat/beefrecipes.I bought slice beef in a supermarket.
- Combine beef,ginger,sake,sweet sake,soy sauce,sugar in flying pan.Leave to marinate for 5 minutes after fully covering in the sauce.
- 5 minutes later, boil it over a high heat.When it starts to boil,turn the heat to low and place a drop lid.Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Serve in plate.If you put on the rice,It is more delicious.
