  • 100 g pasta
  • 50 g frozen seafood
  • 50 g cabbage
  • 40 g soybean sprouts
  • 6 crab stick
  • Pepper, to your taste
  • Salt, to your taste
  • Salad oil, as needed
  • Soup
  • 1 tbsp chicken bouillon
  • 1 tbsp sake
  • 1 tbsp mirin(sweet sake)
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 400 cc water

Directions

  1. Cut the cabbage.Rince the soybean sprouts.Defrost frozen seafood.The crab stick is fine just like that.

  3. Boil the pasta.

  5. Heat salad oil on a flying pan over high heat and fly the seafood.Add the cabbage,soybean sprouts,crab stick and stir fly with salt and pepper.

  7. When the oil has been absorbed, add in this order: water, chicken bouillon, sake, mirin(sweet sake), milk, soy sauce.

  9. Arrange the pasta in a dish, serve with sauce, add the ingredients in step4.
