This is spaghetti recipe.I cooked Spaghetti Neapolitan.his ketchup-flavoured version is known in Japan as ‘spaghetti napolitan’.Although the name is derived from the Italian city of Naples, you’ll never find a dish called that in Italy!

Ingredients

  • 200g pasta
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 green pepper
  • 5 sausage
  • 1 tbsp salad oil
  • ★4 tbsp ketchup
  • ★3 tbsp milk
  • ★1 tsp worcester sauce
  • ★1 tsp sugar
  • ★1 tsp soy sauce
  • ★1 tsp bouillon soup cube
  • 10g butter
  • Salt, to your taste
  • Pepper, to your taste
  • Grated cheese, to your taste

Directions

  1. Cut the onion and green pepper and sausage into bite-size pieces.

  3. Combine the ingredients in ★(ketchup,milk,wocester sauce,sugar,soy sauce,bouillon soup cube) to make the sauce.

  5. Boil the pasta.

  7. Heat the salad oil in a pan and saute the onion and green pepper and sausage.

  9. Add the sause(step2) and simmer for 1 to 2 minutes.

  11. Add the pasta and Mix them.

  13. Add the butter and sprinkle the salt and pepper.

  15. Place on a serving dish and sprinkle the grated cheese.
