Edamame miso soup(2 serving)
If you get a chance to come to Japan, you should go to Yamagata.Yamagata is a Japanese refrigerator.The Japanese food in particular is very unique.There is Japanese food with a few opportunities to eat in Tokyo and Osaka, Kyoto.Edamame miso soup is one of those.
- 100 g edamame
- 2 cup(200 ml) water>
- 2 tbsp(30 ml) miso
- Put water in a pot and heat.
- Cook the edamame until tender.
- Stir the miso into the watek to dissolve and bring to a boil, then turn off.
