100 days diet with WASHOKU 3

Start diet,and 14 days

Two weeks has passed since I started my diet.I ate the meal of WASHOKU as much as possible for two weeks.I seem a little skinny.

Case of the one day

Breakfast:rice 130g,tofu miso-soup,pickled cucumbers,teriyaki salmon.

Lunch:Oroshi soba noodles(large size 300g)

Break time:greentea,azuki bean mochi(1 piece 80g)

Dinner:rice 130g,wakame seaweed miso-soup,chicken karaage(Japanese fried chicken),slice cabbage.

Progress

I reduced the quantity of carbohydrates more than usual.In addition, it is the meal contents which do not change before.
Weight 155 lb → 149 lb
Body fat percentage 24.4% → 24%
I’ve lost weight, but I’ve not lost body fat percentage.It continues, and let’s do our best!
