Surimi

Kamaboko is a type of cured surimi.Some are made with fish such as eso (lizardfish) and guchi (white croaker) which are made into kamaboko.It is said that the name came from the comparison of the kamaboko to the tree leaves fluttering down, but the origin is unclear.Kamaboko is the ingredients of Japanese food.
