Spaghetti Neapolitan
This is spaghetti recipe.I cooked Spaghetti Neapolitan.his ketchup-flavoured version is known in Japan as ‘spaghetti napolitan’.Although the name is derived from the Italian city of Naples, you’ll never find a dish called that in Italy!
Ingredients
- 200g pasta
- 1/2 onion
- 2 green pepper
- 5 sausage
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- ★4 tbsp ketchup
- ★3 tbsp milk
- ★1 tsp worcester sauce
- ★1 tsp sugar
- ★1 tsp soy sauce
- ★1 tsp bouillon soup cube
- 10g butter
- Salt, to your taste
- Pepper, to your taste
- Grated cheese, to your taste
Directions
- Cut the onion and green pepper and sausage into bite-size pieces.
- Combine the ingredients in ★(ketchup,milk,wocester sauce,sugar,soy sauce,bouillon soup cube) to make the sauce.
- Boil the pasta.
- Heat the salad oil in a pan and saute the onion and green pepper and sausage.
- Add the sause(step2) and simmer for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add the pasta and Mix them.
- Add the butter and sprinkle the salt and pepper.
- Place on a serving dish and sprinkle the grated cheese.
