Japanese paella

Paella is a traditional dish from Valencia.It is a too unfamiliar dish in Japan.However, people will unfailingly be given to this when they eat paella once.Therefore I cooked Japanese food-like paella.It is yummy like genuine taste.

Ingredients

  • 300 cc dried bonito soup stock
  • 100 g rice
  • 7 shrimps
  • 7 mini tomato
  • 150 g broccoli
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tbsp(15 ml) soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp(15 ml) sesame oil

Directions

  1. Finely dice the onion.

  3. Cut the broccoli into bite-size pieces.

  5. Cut the mini tomato into 1/2 pieces.

  7. Heat the sesame oil and sear the onion.

  9. Add the shrimps.When they turns red, remove them from the pan.

  11. Add the rice, sear them.

  13. Add the bonito soup stock.then, add the shrimps, simmer for 15 minutes.

  15. After 20 minutes, add the broccoli.Simmer for 5 minutes.

  16. After 5 minutes, add the mini tomato.Turn off heat, leave for 5 minutes.

  18. Finally, pour the soy sauce, like drawing circles.

Cook the shrimps that a husk is not peeled.
