Start diet,and 42 days

Six weeks(42days) has passed since I started Japanese diet.I got thinner plenty and have gained any muscle.Please watch the picture.

Exercise

I ate the meal of WASHOKU as much as possible and run 18 miles in a week.And I begin to be doing a push-up and a sit-up how.

Progress

I’m doing sit-ups for 20 minutes and 200 times push-ups every other day.It is very hard now.But I’ll continue to do my best.The following people engaged in the practice of Ohaguro.
Sit-ups for 20 minutes / Push-ups 200 times / Run 6 miles
Do it every other day.The present status of affairs.
Weight 155lb → 149lb → 148lb → 143.96lb
Body fat percentage 24.4% → 24% → 22.5% → 21,94%
I have gained any muscle!!
