Teriyaki hamburger(3 portions)
This is a hamburger made in Japan.The name is a teriyaki hamburger.Teriyaki is a cooking technique used in Japanese cuisine.Sweet and spicy taste is the best.
Ingredients
- 200g ground chicken
- 1 onion
- 3 tbsp(45g) bread crumbs
- ☆1 tsp(5ml) soy sauce
- ☆1 tsp(5g) grated ginger
- ☆salt,to your taste
- ☆pepper,to your taste

Teriyaki sauce
Directions
- Dice the onion and stir-fry onions until it becomes golden brown.
- Combine the ground meat,stir-flied onion,bread crumbs,☆(soy sauce,grated ginger,salt.pepper) and mix well until sticky.
- Separate into three,then with the palms of your hands,pound out the air pockets.Repeat this 3 to 4 times and shape to from ovals.
- Heat the salad oil and put “step3” into it.When it turns golden brown,turn over and cook the other side.
- Add the teriyaki sauce.
