  • 1/2(50g) carrot
  • 1/2(150g) daikon radish
  • 1/2(100g) onion
  • ▼chicken tsumire(chicken ball)
  • 180g ground chicken
  • 1 piece(3g) ginger
  • 1 piece(3g) garlic
  • ground pepper,to your taste
    ▼miso soup
  • 2 tbsp(30ml) miso
  • 2 cups(400ml) Soup stock from dried baby sardines



  1. Cut the chinese cabbage and the carrot and the daikon radish and the onion to bite-size chunks.

  3. Make the chicken tsumire(chicken ball).Grate the ginger and garlic.
