Weight 155lb → 149lb → 148lb → 143.96lb → 142.2lb
Body fat percentage 24.4% → 24% → 22.5% → 21,94% → 17.8%
The reason why percent of body fat largely decreased to this time is because I measured it after having run.I felt that it was important that I ran to remove fat.The keyword of my diet is Japanese food and running.
