The name of this tofu is Zaku tofu. The tofu manufacturing company in Gumma Prefecture in Japan made this. It is Sagamiya food co,ltd.When a package is taken, it is light-green tofu. The taste is green-soybeans,be delicious.You can eat without cooking.
Expensive tofu
It is very popular tofu. In a neighboring store, it is sold out and I was not able to buy it. For the reason, I bought it by the mail order.The three tofu was about $10 also including the mailing cost. It is somewhat expensive. Since they likes GUNDAM, many of Japanese males buy it.
