Start diet,and 91 days

13 weeks(91 days) has passed since I started Japanese diet.100 days will pass soon.How is the result?The diet is turning out great.I continue a push-up and an abdominal muscle,Running.By the way,There is a popular singer group called EXILE in Japan.This group consists of cool men.They are muscular.The condition that this group contains seems to be percent of body fat less than 5%.That is impossible for me.

Without haste

The pain of the waist was gone when I dieted.I lose my weight and think that this is because the burden to a waist was reduced.Because I have been suffering from low back pain for many years, I am glad.

Weight 155lb → 149lb → 148lb → 143.96lb → 142.2lb → 141.09lb → 140.43lb
Body fat percentage 24.4% → 24% → 22.5% → 21,94% → 17.8% → 17% → 17.4%
