Fish marinated in spicy sour sauce -Nanban Zuke-(2 serving)
It is a dish of pickled vegetables with red pepper called ‘Nanban Zuke’.It is a classic Japanese food recipes in summer.I cooked a horse mackerel this time, but you can cook even a salmon and sardine deliciously.Frank acidity is very delicious.
Ingredients
- 2 horse mackerel fillets
- 4 mini tomato
- 1 green pepper
- 1/2 onion
- A.4 tbsp (60 ml) vinegar
- A.4 tbsp (60 ml) sugar
- A.1 tbsp (15 ml) water
- A.1 tsp (5 ml) salt
- A.2 tsp (10 ml) soy sauce
- A.1 red hot pepper
- Salt, as needed
- Pepper, as neeeded
- Flour, as needed
- Sald oil, as needed
Directions
- Mix A(vinegar, sugar, water, salt, soy sauce,) to make NanbanZu.Cut the red hot pepper.Add it.
- Cut the tomato into 1/4.
- Cut the green pepper into thin slices.
- Slice the onion.
- Add the vegetables and mix.
- Season with salt and pepper to the horse mackerel.Slice it into bite-size, thin diagonal pieces.
- Sprinkle on flour.
- Heat salad oil in a flying pan to 170 degrees, and fry the horse mackerel golden brown.Pour off the salad oil and, while still hot, add step1(sauce) and let it sleep into the horse mackerel.
