- Dice the persimmon and apple into 0.5 inch cubes.
- Combine the ingredients in miso,mayonnaise,grated cheese.
- Add the presimmon and apple.
- Serve on a plate
- Choose whatever you’d like,sprinkle shichimi pepper or black pepper.
