Persimmon and apple dressed in miso and mayonnaise(1 serving)
It is the dish which cooked a persimmon.The persimmon is popular fruit eaten in Japan in autumn.I dressed the persimmon in miso and mayonnaise.It is a dish in goes well with wine and sake.
- 1 persimmon
- 1/4 apple
- 1 tsp miso
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp grated cheese
- Dice the persimmon and apple into 0.5 inch cubes.
- Combine the ingredients in miso,mayonnaise,grated cheese.
- Add the presimmon and apple.
- Serve on a plate
- Choose whatever you’d like,sprinkle shichimi pepper or black pepper.
