- 1/2 spinach
- 30 g carrot
- 30 g shimeji mushrooms
- 1 tbsp(15 ml) sugar
- 1 tbsp(15 ml) soy sauce
- 2 tbsp(30 ml) sesame
- Cut the tofu into bite-size cubes and set in a strainer to drain for 30 minutes.
