Ingredients

  • 1/2 spinach
  • 30 g carrot
  • 30 g shimeji mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp(15 ml) sugar
  • 1 tbsp(15 ml) soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp(30 ml) sesame

Directions

  1. Cut the tofu into bite-size cubes and set in a strainer to drain for 30 minutes.
