Ingredients
- 1/2 spinach
- 30 g carrot
- 30 g shimeji mushrooms
- 1 tbsp(15 ml) sugar
- 1 tbsp(15 ml) soy sauce
- 2 tbsp(30 ml) sesame
Directions
- Cut the tofu into bite-size cubes and set in a strainer to drain for 30 minutes.
- Boiled the spinach in salt water, boiled the carrot in salt water, boiled the shmeji mushrooms in salt water.
- Put the sesame into a suri-bachi(Japanese grinding bowl) and grind.
- Crumble the tofu with your hands.Add the spinach, carrot, shimeji mushrooms, grind sesame and mix.Add the sugar, soy sauce.
