- 100 g chicken lever
- 1 piece ginger
- 200 cc milk
- 3 tbsp(45 ml) sake
- 2 tbsp(30 ml) sugar
- 3 tbsp(45 ml) mirin
- 2 tbsp(30 ml) soy sauce
