Seasoned tuna bowl(2 serving)
Seasoned tuna bowl is called “Maguro no Duke-don” or “Duke-don” in Japan.It is one of the representative Japanese food.In old days, because the strong method for tuna is difficult, Japanese seasoned it in soy sauce and saved it and had ate.Seasoned tuna bowl is Japanese food that has a long history.
Ingredients
- 180ml water
- 200 g tuna
- 5 green perilla
- 1 leek
- Cut dried laver, as needed
- Sesame, as neede
- 3 tbsp(45 ml) soy sauce
- 2 tbsp(30 ml) mirin
- 1 tbsp(15 ml) sake
Directions
- Put the soy sause, mirin, sake in a pot, Heat on low,When it boiled, turn off the heat.Remove from the heat.Let cool.
- Cut the tuna into 0.4 inch.
- Transfer the Duke-souse(step 1) into a bowl and add tuna(step 2).Mix together.Set aside for 30 minutes.
- Cut the green perilla, leek.
- Serve rice in a bowl, then cut dried laver, green perilla, tuna(step 3), sesame, leek.Finally, pour a little Duke-sause.
