Japanese Champon(1 serving)
The dish full of vegetables.It is healthy.It is Champon.Champon is one of the popular Japanese food recipes.Because nourishment is abundant, I often eat Champon with a lunch.It is a local food in Nagasaki that originated in China.It has gone through unique development in Japan.
Ingredients
- 100 g pasta
- 50 g frozen seafood
- 50 g cabbage
- 40 g soybean sprouts
- 6 crab stick
- Pepper, to your taste
- Salt, to your taste
- Salad oil, as needed
- 1 tbsp chicken bouillon
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin(sweet sake)
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 400 cc water

Directions
- Cut the cabbage.Rince the soybean sprouts.Defrost frozen seafood.The crab stick is fine just like that.
- Boil the pasta.
- Heat salad oil on a flying pan over high heat and fly the seafood.Add the cabbage,soybean sprouts,crab stick and stir fly with salt and pepper.
- When the oil has been absorbed, add in this order: water, chicken bouillon, sake, mirin(sweet sake), milk, soy sauce.
- Arrange the pasta in a dish, serve with sauce, add the ingredients in step4.
